“The horse community is so so lucky to have an amenity like this. The most comfortable, beautiful, clean, convenient, and safe layover situation I’ve ever seen. Extra plus is the lovely apartment in the barn to stay close to your horses! I would certainly plan my trip around the bunkhouse availability whenever possible. Huge stalls, easy parking, turnout available. I could’ve made a day of it just relaxing here. We will be back!”

“We stayed at this RV park for a year and a half and have nothing but great things to say about the owner, her son and how well the park is maintained. It is a quiet setting and she does not tolerate drama. It's about a 25 minute drive to Tulsa where we both worked full time. Lake Keystone is only a couple of miles away. Very peaceful setting and well kept.”

“By far one of the best rv parks I've been too. The owners are friendly and caring people. We've had a lot of fun cat fishing and kayaking and swimming in the creek over the summer. It's a quiet rv park it does have construction equipment in the rv park but I don't notice it its quiet. If I'm ever back in Kingfisher I will be staying here again ! “So this place is a pretty nice little RV park. The landlord is super nice and easy to talk to. It can be loud if your right next to the road but other than that it's not too noisy. Most of the time the neighbors don't bother anyone else in the RV park. And you never really hear your neighbors at all. So all in all it's a great place to stay.”

The current property manager is the best around and has a high level of integrity and a caring personality that fits the housing field perfectly! “What a great room! We enjoyed a large room with two beds, a nice table to do my writing, plenty of space for suitcases and clothes and a spacious bathroom. I wasn't banging into shower walls and squeezing between the door and toilet. We often spend overnights in rooms in this price range and this was the best. Clean, quiet, plenty of sparkling towels, tissues... not a problem for us but Note, no hairdryer. And puppy friendly! Thank you! We'll stop again.”

“We spent a couple weeks in our camper at the RV park. Recently purchased it and wanted to see how we did. The price here is VERY reasonable compared to other places and the staff is great. The only complaint we have is that another camper had a dog barking non-stop during early morning and late nights. Very irritating. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it.”

Not a napkin or plastic fork or anything. The toilet paper was holder was nearly 3 feet from the toilet and my kid couldn't reach it at all. Over all the stay was plesant. It was very clean. I would stay there again. If you are planning on utilizing the kitchenette bring everything because it is unfurnished new apartment empty.”

“We stayed in a rented RV here Mon-Friday. We have decided it will now have to be a yearly tradition we loved it so much. My son is 11 and enjoyed all the park has to offer. The basketball court across from our campsite was an added perk. We all played on the inflatable obstacle course and had so many laughs and so much fun watching each other fall off. We did learn water shoes with some grip on the bottom are a game changer for the adults who get tired of slipping off. The slides were fun and the pool area was nice. The owners and staff are very kind. We locked ourselves out of the RV and the staff or owner, not sure which, came to see if he had a spare key to help us out. When that didn't work he told us about a place in town to try and they came out with a spare key and got us unlocked. The lake is beautiful and not at all busy during the week. We had a whole island to ourselves and plenty of room to pull kids tubing without any other boats coming around us. Definitely recommend!”

“I absolutely love this place! It's so peaceful and quiet. Waking up to that peaceful lake every morning is like my own little slice of heaven. My kids and I are able to step away from the everyday hustle and bustle of our daily lives and just relax. The owners are quite pleasant as well. I have stayed here multiple times in both the main house and the on site apartments. I've never been disappointed. It's always clean and up-to-date. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I have lived at West Oaks for 1 month going on my second month. I love it here, it's quiet, clean and know one that doesn't live here comes into the park. The owner and the manager are awesome. She keeps everything running smoothly. I had a problem with the hot water tank and she was on top of it to getting it fixed. When you have good management you have good tenants. I love it here and I'm not moving!”
