“We always choose Choice Hotels when we travel. Many are disappointing, but this one was not. We loved this Motel. The evening clerk was very nice. The rooms were clean and the breakfast had bacon as well as all the usual choices. Some of the motels in this chain do not serve protein or fruit, but this Motel was great. If all the Choice Hotels were as nice as this one, we would maintain our membership and prefer them. Unfortunately that's not the case.”

They were aware and had tried to stop me before I drove off. They offered to bring it to me at home and I told them I was 15 + minutes from them and I could take a credit but they said it would be no problem to bring it and offered to bring me a drink as well. They went way beyond to ensure I was satisfied. This company deserves 5 stars for this type of response. So many others would say you can come back and get it - and you know you can but really not much of an apology. These folks apologized and really went out of their way. “I have always wanted to try a Five Guys, but they were quite a distance. Earlier today I took note after I saw there was one in the Wolf Ranch shopping plaza. I had planned to go here another day, but poor service at another establishment earlier led us here. Promptly we were able to order our food, and drinks as there was no line. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and loved that you are required to select what you want. I went with lettuce, pickles, onions, and mustard. It only took ten minutes for our number to be called out. The burger was really good, and the fries were amazing. Only complaint I had was we had to clean off our table. Food: 5 stars Hot, delicious and fresh. Highly recommend! Will definitely have to come back one day. Service: 5 stars Fast, the cashier took our order quickly. Our food was called out quickly, and everyone was very friendly. Cleanliness: 4 stars. The bathroom was clean, as was the drink station, and condiment station. They were a little busy, so we had to clean our own table. A minor annoyance, but I am not going to dock them too hard on it. Overall: 4.5 stars Fresh hot food, clean facility, amazing service. I vibe with this, and will absolutely return!”
