“While renting my Travel Trailer it occurred damages and became inoperable. Meanwhile, as my renter was going to have it towed to a random storage unit and leave it there, I found Wades on Google and had it towed there. Being that my unit was 738 miles from my home, I was taking a leap of faith. All I can say is "man was that the right decision." After hearing my story, Wade, Maggie and the entire service department was able to squeeze me in, in a time of heavy service requests and repair my Trailer. I am not sure what I would have had to do was it not for them. “When I go into my unit and go through things, I do NOT find mouse droppings or any type of rodent nest/nesting materials. If I find spiders, they’re dead and I have never found bugs inside any of my boxes. I’ve had a unit rented here for over 4 years and have never had a problem. I’ve not noticed a smell of damp or mildew and have not had any problems with mold in my unit either. To my knowledge, they still offer a military discount.”

I'm not sure why one lady gave a bad rating for humidity....they can't control that specially on outside units. You're subject to whatever the weather throws out, humid, dry, cold, hot.”
