“I ordered three items two of which are custom made when they are ordered. I did note the disclaimer on the site that orders aren’t shipped for at least 9-14 days after the order is placed I honestly didn’t pay much attention to anything else that may have been a notice or disclaimer. I received the email order confirmation and was really excited so I called on day 14 to see about an order update. The lady I spoke with was very kind and told me that even tho their boutique is local to me the collegiate items ship from out of state and explained the process to me. She took my information and quickly called me back with details in regards to my order. One of the shirts I ordered was on back order and she gave me 3 solutions and allowed me to choose. Yes the shipping is slow but they state that on their site. Every issue was addressed and rectified. I think their level of customer service is fair and adequate. However I will say improvement on inventory accuracy and updates can be made. Also I didn’t receive any shipping notification but they were very quick in response to my shipping inquiry. I can’t as of yet comment on quality as my order is due to arrive today.”

“After dealing with some long term illnesses that my physician couldn't find answers to, I scheduled an appointment with Rob. WOW! I finally have answers to the root causes of my symptoms, not just throwing another pill at the symptom without gettin to the root of what is truly going on. I have seen Rob twice and have a diet and regimen. For the first time in 20 years, I have energy, my fatigue and exhaustion has subsided, brain fog lifted, cluster headaches eliminated. In the past 4 months I have had 2 migraines, where I had several a month before. My anxiety has lifted to the point I am off all meds. If you are reading this, you probably are looking for answers for some health problem, I cannot tell you how much Rob and Alicia have changed the course of my health, and I know this change will be long term. My long term health is worth the investment, at least it was for me. I hopefully will update in a few months with a positive pregnancy announcement!! “I have been going to Dr. Walsh at Accu Eye Site for years. She is so thorough in every detail of every exam and takes all the time needed to make sure you are fitted with the best option available. My most recent checkup was so comforting to see the extensive precautions she has taken to make sure her staff and the patient are safe from Covid. She has installed air purification machines in all rooms, there is a limit of people allowed in the building, temperature is performed, all areas are cleaned before and after each patient goes through a station, the staff never violates the distance requirements, the eye wear samples are supervised and cleaned before they are put back on the wall, there is plenty of hand cleaning supplies everywhere, there are chairs placed outside until your appointment is ready or you can sit in your car and they will call you when they are ready. Everything about the place put me at ease knowing they cared enough to take so many extra precautions. Then the best thing is, because she is so detailed in her notes in my file she always reviews it and knows where to start from with my next exam. I see great with my latest fitting for contacts and it only took one visit.”
