My flight was cancelled and I checked all locations at the airport and no one had any cars available and all were extremely rude while dealing with them except at Avis/Payless. After 45 minutes of walking from counter to counter the gentleman at Payless (don’t remember his name) actually tracked me down to let me know he had a car come available. I always use National/Enterprise and have for years but they definitely will not be getting my business back for this location.”

And in the now 2 times several years apart I've taken the tour, the guides have both been lovingly enthusiastic. Check the website for times before you go, as they only do tours at listed times.”
