“I am able to schedule appointments to meet my work schedule without issues which is nice rather than being “assigned” a time/date with no flexibility. My doc has always been willing to talk with me rather than talking to me or talking down to me as I have experienced at other locations. He presents options and then we make plans as a team. Pharmacy is great about mailing prescriptions. Overall, everyone is awesome. Like other healthcare facilities, to many need assistance and only so many available or time in a day to help out.”

The managers, Vanessa and Sadie are definitely in tune with each other and their team, their communication is and was on point when I had to fly from Chicago to Oklahoma to handle family affairs. My dad adores the team and smiles when he sees them while either shopping at Walmart or completing a transaction at the bank. This team made me feel welcomed from the moment I introduced myself. We were able to put a strategy in place for my dad and I feel that I can trust the staff with my dad’s continued banking needs. Since I am a previous branch manger myself, I believe the customer service was outstanding and hard to come by in today’s time. “I have nothing but awesome things to say about the ladies there. Where these bad reviews are coming from, maybe you were having a bad day or asking the wrong questions. I was misinformed about a motorcycle license, not from these ladies, someone else. I thought I knew was I was talking about, they were very patient with me helping me to understand where the issue was. They were not rude, quite the contrary, very patient. I can be rather impatient sometimes, so I feel bad about getting irritated with them. It wasn't them, it was me. Whenever I walk in, they always smile and make me feel like "family."”

She visited the hospital when my oldest was a newborn in NICU, and has been there with our family through every stage of their growth. Words cannot express just how much I, as a mother, appreciate her support, conscientiousness and attention to detail. She looks us in the eyes, asks us thoughtful questions, offers expert medical advice and simply spends time with us whenever we come to her office. My girls love to visit Dr. Mayberry and it has everything to do with her thoughtful demeanor...they know she sincerely cares about them. She's a wonderful pediatrician and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than I recommend her.”
