“After the worst day of my LIFE. I decided to stop by Walgreens to buy some things for my house. I was in tears as I parked my car, not ready to go in and be around people. I wiped my face, and prepared myself to go inside. As I walked inside I’m greeted by a young woman at the front with brown/ blue hair. She was very friendly. “I've always had a great time here. The staff is friendly and I appreciate that they have drink stations set up with complimentary beverages (unlike Osage which offers vending machines only). The games seem to pay out a fair amount of the time and I like the variety. In my opinion the best array of slot games and they have live craps and table games. They close to clean overnight which is occasionally inconvenient and I've experienced a couple ride employees when closing time approaches but overall a great experience.”

I brought this up multiple times in the past only to be treated quite rudely. When I mentioned my issue to a manager today everything changed. Despite my being upset Linda was understanding and helpful. She helped to resolve the issue and made me feel like I had been heard as a customer. I cannot aspouse enough how helpful she was.
