I'm satisfied with the way I was helped by the sale people thay did the best they could. That was my first time in years that I was just having fun buying one of t mobile's new phones and a promotional 2 for 1 but the store had only one s8av after a long week during Christmas. I was able to go and get it, but somehow it didn't work? So now what ?the t mobile assistant she understood what went wrong and incredibly fixed it up right there!,so I bought 600 dollars more of headphones and earbuds. It was a very good day
