The guys at the shop stayed late for me to adjust a watch band on their Saturday. They were very gracious and awesome. This my second time working with Lake Oswego Jewelers. They fixed my wife’s wedding band the first time. I will be back in the future.

First of all -- amazing on responsiveness. Travis texted me back within a few minutes of me requesting a meeting. Then, when I got to the location, John met me at the door and was so friendly. He walked me through the cleaning options and gave me a complimentary cleaning (I think this is something this business does for quick cleans) as well as an inspection. Overall, awesome experience going out of their way with customer service. Good job Travis and John!

I brought in personal stones and custom designed a wedding band for my engagement ring. It turned out absolutely gorgeous! Travis was very responsive and communicative throughout the custom design process. I could not he happier with the product. Thank you so much, Lake Oswego Jewlers!

Travis went above and beyond working with me to design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. The design was exactly what we wanted, and the ring came out perfectly and looked exactly like the design. He was always prompt to answer any questions I had, and even took time out of his day to meet me on weekends for “covert” ring design discussions. My fiancé absolutely loves the ring and it was perfect for her. I am so glad I decided to go with LO Jewelers and feels great to support a local family owned place. It was obvious he really cared about us and our final product.
