Sarah and Rachel have been wonderful. A couple of years ago, I started having an itchy, tingly feeling in small areas of my scalp. I consulted two regular doctors and a dermatologist, all of whom told me they saw nothing on my scalp and dismissed my concerns. Fortunately, a few years earlier I had been referred to Rachel for removal of a growth on my forehead. I remembered how comfortable appointments with her were and arranged to come in again. After one look, Sarah saw that there was irritation, and began treating me for a scalp fungus, with some results. Eventually, she tried a treatment for scalp acne, which was immediately completely effective. By that time, she had identified other areas of fungal infection (feet, nails) and we treated those. I now have regular appointments to deal with minor issues and double check changes in my skin. The support and concerned care I receive make these visits an important part of my medical self-care.
