I have lived here for over 1.5 years and love it. The outside landscape is beautiful and the buildings are well kept. The pool, hot tub, and gym areas are well kept, clean, and a very pleasant to use.
Whenever I need to call maintenance they are there right away.
I have always felt safe and comfortable living here.
The management team is great, always there to answer questions and very kind and helpful. I moved here on a recommendation from a friend, and I have refereed this place to many folks.

Jenifer Denney is awesome she is so attentive to resistance i love the community and maintenance is always on time Scott Jackson will contact you and fix issue with in 24rs . Jennifer works so hard to make sure residence are taken care of she goes above and beyond every day most days staying late. Love where i live. =)

Welcoming, safe, beautiful grounds and really well taken care of amenities. I enjoy using the gym and pool. Friendly management that adds to the positive overall experience of living here. I’ve encouraged my friends to move here as well.

I have been a resident of Summerlinn for over five years, and feel very blessed to have such a beautiful home, along with a new found family. Lisa and Mike have always been there for me no matter what the need. I love the grounds, which are always very well kept. My grandkids love the pool in the summertime, and the clubhouse has served my family for many holidays (Easter and Thanksgiving). It is spacious for a large family, and Lisa always has it decorated beautifully. I also use the fully equipped exercise room daily. I plan on enjoying this aspect of my life until the time comes for me to go into an assisted living situation. Thanks Lisa, Mike and all the office staff!!!!!
