“I run a nonprofit and one of the folks we serve was having issues with her washer. I called Integrity Appliance and Cain answered right away. I explained the situation, told him I would be responsible for payment and could he please call to schedule a time to check out the washer. He immediately contacted her, went out and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I called at 4:21pm and the washer was fixed at 5:17pm. I have gotten to know Ivy Katz and other staff, who have all been lovely to work with. Ivy is laid back and compassionate. They also take insurance and I believe take OHP (how amazing is that?!). If you are seeking out a therapist I highly recommend setting up a consult with someone at The Center At Heron Hill! Also, for those of you in therapy, if you love your therapist, I encourage you to write a positive review! Negative reviews are much more common for therapists and clinics to receive.
