They took the lead on working with insurance to insure visits were covered and were willing to work with me if insurance was not cooperative. Dr Douglas has worked hand in hand with the physical therapy office PDX Sports Med found for us and who has provided the weekly treatment for my athlete. PDX Sports Medicine has also been very supportive and accommodating with my students school schedule and my work schedule while overseeing and closely supervising my athlete's progress and care. We are almost finished with our injury related visits. My athlete and I are very grateful for the personalized care and relationships we have built here and cannot thank them enough for everything! Sara was my teller. She had great conversation. We talked about my puppy purchase (why I needed the cashiers check). She asked to see pictures, asked his name, told me to bring him in for treats. It was a very friendly and nice feeling. Then, the other tellers joined in with their smiles and excitement for me. It’s just the little things that go a long way. My car had a lot of damage from our recent ice storm and they went over it with a fine tooth comb and made sure they addressed all of the spots that were hit by ice and tree branches. We had a couple of teeny, tiny spots that we had to return for, and they cheerfully and quickly fixed everything. Amanda is amazing, that gal juggles lots of things all at once and does it efficiently and effectively, all while being very pleasant to work with. “We had a fabulous experience aboard the Manitou & Pike’s Peak Cog Railway. I did my research and knew to pick the three seat side and the front to for the best views both up and down the mountain. We had no trouble with parking and the station was easy to find. The trains are shiny on the outside and clean on the inside. And, our conductors provided us with clear and enjoyable narration throughout our journey. Leave the driving to the train operators and enjoy the ride. You may even be lucky enough to spot some wildlife along the way!”

My fiancé and I were seated right away on Easter Sunday about 45 min before they closed at a cozy table outside with a view of the course and lots of fancy heaters around to keep us warm. Katie served us, she was attentive and kind. The kitchen seems on its game to the very last minute they’re open. Everything was cooked very well, delicious, and well-plated.
