The turnaround time between order and delivery is consistently short, the prices are competitive enough that shopping around is simply not worth the time spent. Something that he is very quiet about is his generosity in giving back to the community. He was extremely generous to a charity I was involved with, and he has spent numerous hours working with kids in various capacities such as coaching youth sports. I highly highly highly recommend her as she is quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and wants to make sure you are happy and all your questions are answered throughout the entire process. She can be involved if you demand it or she will let you take the lead if that's how you like to do things. One thing I really want to emphasize beyond excellent customer service is her knowledge of the market here in the metro area. I felt like I had a real Pro working on my behalf and I will recommend her to all my friends and family. I loved looking at houses with Tatiana. I genuinely wouldn't want anybody else to show me places and I really looked forward to our meet ups. She takes into account all your needs and really wants to make sure the place is right for you. The fact is you're working with an honest, ethical professional so you get opinions and service of that magnitude. If there are problems with your dream home she'll point it out so you aren't left wondering, while simultaneously making you feel like the decision is entirely up to you. She really knows what she's doing from years of experience, the inspectors and the like she recommended where excellent and went above and beyond just like Tatiana. “Good sized rooms, although the hotel itself is in a crAmped little section with other business buildings and hotels. Free breakfast option although it was mostly bagels (we opted to eat out). Parking is only $10 a night. Room was a comfortable kitchen suite with a full sized fridge/freezer. Only real negative was a word out and stained bathtub. Otherwise it was a good redemption of Marriott free night certificates.”
