    Schooner Creek serviced my Invincible. Great job! They completed the work on time and went above and beyond by getting parts overnighted. Very happy with them. Have had them work on several of my boats and they have always done great work.

    I recently had some work done at Schooner Creek and was very pleased with everything about the experience, including a problem with some paint failure on the paint job Schooner Creek had done.This was clearly accidental and unintentional. This was discovered after an outside contractor had completed some work on my boat, separate from Schooner Creek’s work. It required me to bring my boat back in to have the paint job redone. Although there was not 100% proof what the cause was, all evidence pointed to the outside contractor’s work as the reason for the paint failure. In spite of the evidence showing this happened by no fault of what Schooner Creek had done, they handled it in the most fair and professional fashion. They took on the cost of the replacement paint and also the majority of the cost of the labor to redo it, and suggested a small portion of the labor be covered by the outside contractor. The outside contractor took no responsibility for this problem, and argued to its cause in spite of what seemed pretty clear to Schooner Creek and myself. The contractor ultimately agreed to help with the costs of a redo paint job, but not without a fair amount of pulling of teeth to just encourage them to help be part of a fair and reasonable solution for all parties involved. The quality of the work was excellent (installation of new electronic instruments and new bottom paint) and after this situation played out, it was evident that Schooner Creek went above and beyond for me, showing they really valued me as a customer and cared about investing in potential future business between them and myself. My little and old boat was well taken care of, and still mattered to them, in spite of the huge number of larger and very expensive vessels they take care of on a regular basis. All of these things really matter to me and I was left feeling very satisfied and with great appreciation for their business practices and how they handle issues of customer service. I will definitely return to them with future business, and will highly recommend them to any boat owner, for any of the services they provide.

    I have been coming back to Schooner Creek for several decades. I always get the feeling they care about my boat. Their pricing is fair and Pascal always keeps me informed. The work is top quality and it is a very professionally run organization.

    My experience with the people at Schooner Creek has been consistently positive. The hull repairs they made to my 30' racing sloop were top-notch, as were the electrical systems checkups and repairs. Service manager Seth Constable's advice regarding which repairs to do and which not to do (based on my budget) were realistic. He and the other members of the crew (general manager Pascal, electrician Jake, parts manager Holland, front desk guard Kate, owner Kevin, Cory, and the others I encountered) were knowledgeable, helpful, and, most telling, patient with my endless questions.
