First time here and I have to tell you that I'll be back for more. Great services, great atmosphere to chill and relax while the we waited in our flight. Staff was super friendly and continously check on us throughout our visit. 5/5 would recommend anybody considering coming here.

April 2022 UPDATE----Back yet again one more time. Service is still very good, especially since the ALK lounge is almost always well attended and crowded. Helpful servers and an OK selection of food and nibbles.
Relaxing lounge with complimentary fruits, coffee, tea, juices cold cuts bagels ......even pancakes!!! Order menu items for $$. Bar service as well.
Great service by all servers. Very helpful.

Everyone was fantastic especially Kim. Very accommodating and checked on us every hour or so during our 7 hour layover spent in the lounge making sure we had refills on drinks. The gal’s son who works in Yosemite is also fantastic but I did not get her name. Thanks for making our red eye to long layover tolerable!

What an unassuming lounge from the door. But man once you get in it’s pretty nice has good views of the tarmac and a full bar that’s well-stocked and staff not to mention the famous pancake machine, diy salad bar with two soups the Alaska lounge standard coke machine and Starbucks coffee machine. Staff were super friendly and quick to clean the dirty plates and glasses and clean the areas quickly. It was a nice cozy lounge for pdx and worth the paid entry if you can and like to have a few drinks before you fly. Or a pancake and salad with a mimosa or there signature Bloody Mary.

    Tips:
    - get pancakes
    - have the signature Bloody Mary or craft beer on tap( complementary in this lounge)
    - get a window seat
    - have a cookie and make a coffee for the plane

New favorite Alaska Airlines Lounge! Which the only other one I've been to is in Seattle, so I guess what I'm saying is that I like this one better than the one in Seattle. And the one in Seattle is objectively nicer (and newer--the N gate lounge is the one I've been to) and much larger. Me and my husband had weird flights where we went ANC-PDX together but then he went PDX-SEA to catch his connecting flight to our final destination and I stayed at PDX for a 4 hour layover. Because when you buy the lounge day pass you have access to other lounges, my husband went to both the PDX and the SEA lounge in the same day. He agreed that the PDX one had better food options. The PDX lounge had a taco salad bar and a soup, along with a trail mix bar with cookies. The taco salad bar was great and as a meat-avoidant person I greatly appreciated that I could have a hearty meal. Though there was chicken for the taco salads for the carnivores too. My bowl had brown rice, black beans, lettuce, guac, salsa, tortilla strips, corn, and hot sauce. It was very good. They also have a fancy coffee maker so I made myself a delicious Americano with a cookie for dessert. I appreciate the non-dairy milk options too. The bar was great too and the staff was all very friendly. I loved the cozy small atmosphere here and the pod grey chairs were very comfy. Well worth my 4 hours in here, I would even purposely pick PDX layovers over SEA layovers now, just for this lounge.
