  People are confused on most of these negative reviews. There is an urgent care right seen out of the same lobby as the Internal Medicine. Most of these reviews are talking about the urgent care next door. Internal Medicine is on the far end of the office past the lab/xray. I've always had prompt appointments and was treated well, prompt messaging through MyChart. Prompt referrals, prompt prescriptions. My Dr. is ok he's learning how to have a good manner with his patients but I've noticed a real improvement in his friendlyness. Only been with this one for 4 years more or less. Norfleet can be a little arrogant and is young but before him I saw Dr. Bowers and he was the cutest sweetest dr. All the physician assistants are great. And the Medical Assistants are wonderful and very caring.

  Great people great doctors just how the way too long to see somebody and it takes forever to get appointments

  This place was awesome! I stepped on a piece of metal and needed a tetanus shot; the doctor did a fantastic job explaining wound care, and the guy who administered my shot was so swift and painless... I couldn't thank him enough for how easy it was! All staff were friendly and in great spirits. Additionally, I have no health insurance and they were willing to work with me on a payment plan. 10/10 would visit again.

  Very long wait, but it was pretty busy. When I did go back I received some of the best tratment I've ever had. I ended up having pneumonia and was treated promptly, with the utmost care. My P.A. actually called several pharmacies for me to find the best prescription costs and also provided me with several items so. I didn't have to run around finding them. I'm very appreciative of both the PA, nurse, and radiologist that treated me. Thank you.
