“People are confused on most of these negative reviews. There is an urgent care right seen out of the same lobby as the Internal Medicine. Most of these reviews are talking about the urgent care next door. Internal Medicine is on the far end of the office past the lab/xray. I've always had prompt appointments and was treated well, prompt messaging through MyChart. Prompt referrals, prompt prescriptions. My Dr. is ok he's learning how to have a good manner with his patients but I've noticed a real improvement in his friendlyness. Only been with this one for 4 years more or less. Norfleet can be a little arrogant and is young but before him I saw Dr. Bowers and he was the cutest sweetest dr. All the physician assistants are great. And the Medical Assistants are wonderful and very caring.”
