“Iced americano with sugar free vanilla for 4.50. Fruity and smooth would be the description, but there is no confusing it with iced tea like some coffee shops can unfortunately do. A nice change of pace from Starbuck’s more bitter coffee. Staff is friendly and line much shorter than Starbucks. I would definitely recommend if you are in the Portland airport!”

“I'm pretty sure my husband would be very mad at me if I gave this store 1 star. They have a large variety of hiking boots, military boots. Very good quality with a very nice GINORMOUS price tag. There were quite a few employees just standing around the check out counter gabbing with each other and not really noticing the customers. I did eventually have someone come up and ask if I needed a particular size. And of course my husband received help just fine. He ended up with a pair of nice quality boots. He is very happy with them. I ended up with some sketchers from Kohls... I won't go back, my husband can make that trip by himself next time.”

“The Blue Star Donuts at the PDX is just as good as the other locations in Portland based on my experience. I visited 15 minutes before closing and there were three options left. I chose the raspberry rose pistachio donut. It was filled with sweet and tart raspberry that paired well with the rose and pistachio. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat for any of their offerings.”

You can have a very enjoyable stroll through a premier bookstore with lots of cool nick-nacks and know if you're getting souvenirs between flights, you're still getting a good price and they carry really eclectic interesting things. Be prepared for Sasquatch and unicorns!”
