They communicate everything they do and they listen to everything you say to make sure your questions are answered. I wish I would have found this place a long time ago. I actually have hope that I can feel a little less pain! They are thorough and make you feel heard, never judged. The atmosphere is very calm and I look forward to my visits. “Today was a great day but the highlight of the day was this morning, grabbing breakfast at Fried Egg I'm In Love. Was there a wait? Yes. Was it worth it? 100%. The one breakfast burrito I got, the Rito Suave, was delicious. The wait time for that single burrito was delightful also because I spent it listening to the people working in the kitchen singing "I Believe In A Thing Called Love". Really singing it, too, getting into it. 10/10 recommend I believe in a thing called love Just listen to the rhythm of my heart...”

I’ve also experienced Umpqua throughout the West Coast, and all of the branches carry that same welcoming mentality. Shout out to Christina,& Isaiah at Hawthorne, they always have my back no matter what my financial needs are. Even just walking down the street I find myself peeking in the window to wave hello to them! Never thought I’d be leaving a review on something such as banking, but these humans deserve a shout out. The blood orange cocktail was a delightfully refreshing beverage sweet and sour and perfect.
