I took my car to them with what I thought was just a control arm issue, but turns out I completely bent my entire frame.
This being my first major body trouble, Harriet and Hannah were incredibly knowledgable and patient with the whole thing. Instead of turning me away or just throwing a new one on and wishing me luck, they helped me navigate the insurance maze and got a trusted auto body shop involved to be sure my car would be road-worthy after the fact.
I will not hesitate to call them in the future. -

(December 21, 2019, 8:25 pm)Great communication throughout the process and quick work. They were willing to work with me on installing non-OEM upgraded suspension parts to eliminate an off center axle due to a previously installed lift kit on my Jeep. Will definitely be returning.

High quality work from trustworthy genuine guys at a really affordable price. If you own or are considering owning a VW do yourself a favor and see Dean's Car Care. After dealing with subpar VW mechanics - Dean and Kevin are godsends. Thanks guys!
