Rod is so helpful! I took my car to him because I had a collision with an animal covered by insurance. He took care of everything on his end when things had to be adjusted with my insurance and called to give me updates. My car was completed promptly and he was able to get dealer parts as opposed to aftermarket parts. He even saved me some money! Highly recommend!

Rod was awesome! I had a difficult time looking for an auto body shop since this is my first incident in Portland. All roads that I have contacted led to his shop and I’m glad! He did an amazing job repairing my paint and also detailed my car! He was very professional and gave me a quote right away during his busy schedule. Took time out to tell me what work had to be done instead of just giving me a number. He was on time with the car which was great as I was lost without it. I definitely recommend his shop!

First time here. Recommended by my mechanic. Good experience. I needed some minor body work - I ran over a lane divider and dislodged the right front bumper corner. Rod looked it over, gave me a quote contingent on anything he might find after removing the bumper. He was able to repair on quote with great results. Good as new. Happy camper.

Brian Yates was wonderful. His work is impeccable and my car looks like new. More importantly for me, his customer service is outstanding. He communicated with me about every step of my car repair. He quickly addressed any questions and issues I had. He even went so far as to connect me with a third-party glass repair company that did some work for me at a lower cost.
