They really have my best interest in mind... however the reception has been just this past year or so, transferred to a main switchboard for all multnomah county clinics. I can no longer even get an appointment, and definitely can't leave a message for my doctor or anyone in her office. I have problems refilling meds, getting emergency appointments and haven't been to see her for about a year, because whoever answers the phone doesn't care. I was sick for almost a month and had got out of a hospital stay and apparently I still wasn't bad enough for the receptionist to schedule me with my doc.”
