“The dentist was REALLY nice, the only set-back is I couldn't schedule all my fillings at once (they try to do one -maybe 2 if you're lucky- at a time). One day I tried calling, and it took me about 3-4 hours to finally get a hold of them even though they were open. Other than that, the DR spends time discussing all your issues and is open to any questions and super helpful.”

“Found this bakery after buying their bread at a huge Asian market. Loved seeing the same lady at both places, she was restocking and gave us her freshest bread. Been searching for a Cuban bread substitute since moving to Portland and their baguettes are wonderful, very light inside with a crunchy crust. We indulged in their sandwiches- highly recommend the bbq #2, pastries and of course baguettes. Love this bakery!”

Lots of groomers, good tree runs, a slew of terrain parks for beginners to experts, and the backside is fantastic on powder days... but the real reason for this review is the excellent customer service. I lost my wallet this weekend and Bryan from Lost and Found was extremely helpful. Once my wallet was located, Bryan gave me a call to let me know and confirm my address. My wallet was then priority shipped to me the next day free of charge. Amazing!! I am extremely grateful. Thanks North Star for another phenomenal season. I will certainly be renewing my season pass next year.”

Ordering over the phone was a bit of an ordeal, especially since the person taking me order seemed to have a hard time understanding me and kept going around in circles for clarification. It was a ten-minute process for a couple of items, including holds. I'll probably just order online if I come back. Fortunately, the service was a lot better at the store, though not overly friendly, but best of all, my food was ready on time and I didn't need to wait very long. The food was fresh and tasted good, though the garlic knots were a bit greasier and more overcooked than usual.”
