“Café Zamora is a Portland gem. Fantastic coffee available packaged or by the cup, Guatemalan tamales, and cool shop setup. The owner (Hector) is such a friendly guy who is always fun to talk to. They have a really great story and socially conscious business model. I recently bought some of their coffee as presents via their website and was amazed at how quickly and effectively it got delivered. Highly recommend checking them out at the shop or by buying their beans at Market of Choice or online!”

“My husband and I were very impressed with this place. We were looking for a place to stop and didn't really know what we wanted. We were driving down the street and I was reading names of places I saw when I said this one. We decided to stop and give them a try as we both love Mexican food. The food was delicious and pricing was reasonable. Food was still warm when we got home even though we made one more stop. The only thing that was not that good, as it was not very favorable, was their Mexican milk. (Sorry, can't spell the real name of it.) We will definitely go back and bring the kids. You should give it a try”

“Probably my favorite meal in Portland! They have a small and very fresh menu - it was obvious they take great care in creating seasonal crafted dishes. It's a place I could visit over and over again since the menu changes! I was lucky enough to have a beautiful tuna tartare, followed by one of their "vegetable dishes." I think it was called tomatoes, but really it was this gorgeous fresh salad of tomatoes, peaches, plums on top of a basil ricotta cream. Divine! Then I had the steak and they were kind enough to change the sides since I'm not a fan of peppers and that was the original side. it was cooked to perfection and arranged like art.”

“Came through to check out Everybody Eats PDX. I ordered shrimp and grits off the daily brunch menu. The grits salty cheesiness melted well with the shrimp, sauce, and turkey sausage. “I love this place every time I stop I try to have something new. But I do have some favorites. The Indian food cart with is actually sort of hidden around back is my absolute favorite. And when you go if you want Bubble Tea and the very popular cart that is in the middle has a long line you might try the Vietnamese cart that is very near it they also have the Bubble Tea and it cost a little bit less. But no matter what you try you will live it here no matter the weather or the pandemic. Be sure to wear your masks and ENJOY!”
