“REBOUND typically exceeds my expectations and Dr. Colville was no exception to this. After trying two separate doctors outside of REBOUND to figure out what's been ailing my knee for the last 3 months, and getting responses similar to "just be more careful next time", he was able to give me a confident theory in about 4 minutes after he walked in and started to manipulate my leg. MRI upcoming, but my symptoms make sense with his theory, and I'm relieved to have some kind of answers. I'm excited to see him again to review my MRI and to get his expert opinion on what can be done to improve my knee.”

I've been to optometry places that could not have cared less about how I looked, but the folks at Myoptic on Williams go the extra mile to make sure I look as good as I can by helping me choose the frames that go best with my face. I had always chosen frames based on how they looked on the shelf, without thinking about whether they were the right shape and color for me. The folks at the Williams store will spend as long as I need to find what's right for me. Denise and Metah were very helpful when it came to picking frames the last few times I've been in. The doctors I've seen have also been extremely helpful. Alan especially takes the time to make sure I understand what he's testing for, and what the results mean. “I stayed several weeks while transitioning into a new place, and though the rooms were a bit dated they were good sized. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly a front desk agent, Gyps, who helped me on several occasions and was always friendly and professional. She always had an answer for me on any questions asked, and in my experience with the front office was the nicest greeter as well. I would recommend staying here, it's a lot better than most of this price range you'll find in Portland.”
