I originally started at mattress depot and was royally lied to. I called here and asked if they had the bed brand I was looking at. They said yes, I went over and it was not the exact same one but super comfortable and better than other one found. The service was excellent and price was fantastic.

The customer service was great! We worked with Thai and he helped go through all our options. This is the second mattress we bought from him.

World's Greatest Shout-Out Coming Soon....THANK YOU!!! I came home from successful back surgery yesterday, unfortunately the 'power pack?' had gone out on our bed. Worse still, it was stuck in the straight up position. I called the warehouse looking for a miracle, and I got one. I say miracle, but I think you know him as Michael. Michael and the warehouse crew shuffled things around, and in under 3 hours he showed up and had our bed up and running like new!
As he left, he said, "Have a great day" and I said, "and a great night too, thanks to you!"
