I didn't know what kind of clothing they had so I went online ahead of time and found the perfect blazer to wear with a dress to a wedding this weekend. The lady behind the counter saw me browsing and asked if I was looking for something particular. I described the blazer and she said hold on I think we just got those in! So she went to the back and brought a couple out. Ah yes, that's the one! She let me try them on and when I decided which size to buy she offered to steam it for me to get the creases out from it being folded. Such a nice thing to do! I'm very pleased with my purchase and the service and quality!

Contrary to what some other reviews have mentioned, I was greeted immediately at entry, and the gal working was helpful and friendly, but not overbearing which was perfect. As an aside, a lot of stores are not allowing trying clothes on during covid, but they were which was nice.

I had a few size exchanges to make so I decided to shop in store at the Sherwood location. The store was so clean everything folded perfectly and the staff is extremely helpful! I ended up walking out with a full bag. I definitely recommend Cupcake Couture for high quality clothing at a great price! I feel even better supporting a local business while restocking my closet. Thank you Cupcake!
