“I’m local to Sherwood and bring my kids to this little gem of an antique shop / museum frequently. Seriously cool things from the past. I’ve read some reviews saying things are pricey, but I’m not a professional, so I don’t know if they are or aren’t. The experience is what counts for me. I give my kids a bit of money and they can buy whatever fits their budget. My son goes big and spends it all on one thing, usually begging for a little extra while my daughter likes to get as many cool things as she can find to fit her budget. There really is something for everyone here and it’s worth exploring, especially with your kids.”

“Finally got to visit this adorable shop! I LOVE plants but I didn’t expect it to be a little gift shop as well. It will definitely be my go to! The owners are the best! My friend and I were walking our dogs and have been meaning to check this store out...well we ended up walking by 30 minutes before opening and were peeking through the windows just to see what kind of things they had. When I went in to pick up will call Tuan offered to help select Azek decking, even though it was super busy on a Friday Tuan helped with selection, options and let us know what was in stock to pick up today. When they came to fix the damage caused by rodents, they arrived on time & worked quickly. The first day I called him, Lance arrived that day. His costs are in keeping with other similar businesses. Bonus - his vehicles are unmarked, so no neighborhood pest shaming. Reasons I chose Upper Left Pest -- Lance would come the same day I called AND he is the only exterminator, I found, that uses a No Secondary Kill product. That was important to me as we have cats, dogs, and wildlife. Highly Recommend Lance and Upper Left Pest!!”

“Al's Garden & Home is so much more than I expected. With not only a large selection of beautiful fall mums and lots of pumpkins, including gorgeous ceramic pumpkins, I was pleased to see a pumpkin washing station for those that needed cleaning. Another very large section included so many wonderful Christmas decorations. And there is even a women's clothing section including jewelry items which is all very delightful to the eyes. It is a very nice garden and home center where you will undoubtedly find that perfect item(s).”
