Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve

Address: 770 S 1st Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97123, USA

“Jackson Bottom is a visual symphony of terrain and bird cornucopia, including eagles! Everyone should visit and donate. HOWEVER the whole thing is under water during the winter! I went here in December and yeah, 90% submerged, not worth the drive at all. So make sure to check ahead that the park has sufficiently toweled itself off. If you're visiting to attend a program in the visitors' center the season doesn't matter as much I suppose.”

They brought us hanging pots, regular flower pots, soil and flowers to plant in n them. To make us feel better about our situation we are in. And make the community feel better about having us here. I and another gentlemen here. Got to help plant the flowers in the pots they brought us. It made a big difference around here. So thank you so much. To the Hillsboro park and rec. For all the hard work. And wonderful job. That you did for us. It was and is a big bright inprovement. That you gave us. Just to make us feel better. And stand out in our community.”

Thank you Mrs. Denise and your staff for the great stay.”
