This park also has an area in the back to be able to go walking through trees and you could find painted rocks throughout it. “The place looks new and still developing (there's dirt and diggers). Basketball court was nice. Playground was medium sized with two climbing areas, some swings, a springy seesaw, and a spinner-ma-jig. Playground looks new and is rather unique with "tree houses". Covered picnic/grill area, bridges/walkways, small open field.”

“This park is great! The playground is beautiful and always clean. My kids love coming here to play and eat lunch. Wish that there was a path that connected the bridge behind the middle school with the paved path by the baseball field, or across the large field. The paved path sometimes floods so it's hard to access the playground, but wearing our rain boots usually works.”

“We love this place! So many fields and no one was out there. Kids were able to run around at the playground and people are really far away and not having to worry much with the COVID and mask situation. A lot of parking and easy walk to any of the spots. Very clean and friendly people.. I say mask wearers were 51% here and you don't really get the dirty look. If you here for sports, masks make it difficult. But if you are a a field with no one around, no worries for anyone. Kids got to practice batting a bit and played at the playground, will return for sure.”

“A favorite Sherwood Park. There's something here for everyone! This is a nice place to get in a short walk, especially if you live in the neighborhood. There is a covered area that's nice to get out of the rain in the winter. The multiple Sports fields and courts are very well maintained. It looks like there is a super nice Fountain and water feature at this park, but it was not operational like we due to it being winter. Keep in mind that there are multiple parking areas depending on where you can most easily access this park. Some of the parking that is available is rather limited. You may do well to find a place to park in the surrounding neighborhood if you're going at a busy time.”
