I made a reservation last month, when there was an August promotion, and saw today that the price has dropped substantially for the same dates and locations, so I took the gamble to ask if there was a way to get a price match. Sure enough, they did, and even applied the August discount and a further drop as a kind courtesy. Even in these difficult economic times, there are good companies, and I am very grateful, as a cross country move is not cheap to begin with, to have customer service that goes above and beyond!”
