“Working with Oregon Hot tub has been excellent from the very beginning. Met Jack Nichols in April contemplating getting a hot tub and researching reviews. Hot Spring tubs offer very low maintenance , quite operation and low operating cost which what was looking for. After 3 visits ( you have the option to make an appointment and try it while running : ) and many questions later Jack helped me choose the one that would fit our needs. We have a tight space and he went to our home took measurements , pictures for clearance issues and weight support distribution as well. Had the spa for a week now, ended up with SOVEREIGN model , fits perfectly and exceeds expectations . Jack came by after installation and walked me through first time chemical prep and future maintenance schedule. Customer service is fantastic and our family has been using it everyday. “We moved into a 2 br/2 ba late November 2020. The apartment is spacious and laid out quite well! We are in a unit that faces the tree line and there is and abundance of wild life just 10 feet off our balcony. Any issues we had, are addressed immediately. The staff has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us during our move in. We have never felt so welcomed and immediately at home at any apartment we’ve ever lived in. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks, and probably even hose who don’t!”

One time, a hostess even stepped in to handle our table because the only server was so busy. The foods consistently good.
