I was so frustrated after calling others the former owner and other service people who work on lift gates on what I may not be doing to get this gate to fold in. I called Precision and spoke to Orion White in the service department and then took photo's and sent to him. I then called him back he knew exactly what I needed to do and I went back outside and did exactly what he told me and BAM there it went it folded. “I contacted Carlos Automotive Repair today because my splash guard on my 2015 Camry popped off and was dragging on the ground. It’s hard when you’re a young woman going alone to mechanics because I’ve found that places like Les Schwab want to try to upsell me the entire time I’m there and tell me I need to purchase things I don’t need to purchase. I reached out to the guys at Carlos’ and was quoted $20-$40 and I asked if they had time that day and they said absolutely and to come on down. I showed up and the guy that helped me was so nice and made me feel so comfortable while I was there. He promptly pulled my car in, I took a seat in the office, and he fixed my problem in about 10 minutes. He came back in and charged me $10 for the repair. I can’t say how much I appreciate the guys there enough! Times are tough and money is tight and I was worried about how much it was going to cost me, and thankfully the nice souls at Carlos’ really hooked me up. I recommend them if you need mechanic work done, I’ll definitely be going back in the future. Thanks guys!!”
