“Taking up a martial art as an adult can be a little intimidating but Master Loya made it a positive experience with his easy-going personality and passion for what he teaches. The atmosphere of the adult group classes is a very welcoming one and Master Loya manages to accommodate well for everyone even when beginners and more advanced colour belts are mixed into the same class. From my first class in the group session, I felt like part of the family and there is a wonderful sense of community at the dojang. “The dentist was REALLY nice, the only set-back is I couldn't schedule all my fillings at once (they try to do one -maybe 2 if you're lucky- at a time). One day I tried calling, and it took me about 3-4 hours to finally get a hold of them even though they were open. Other than that, the DR spends time discussing all your issues and is open to any questions and super helpful.”

“Very friendly desk staff, room was clean. Low round toilet can be a problem for folks with knee issues. Good air conditioner and surprisingly quiet. The folks in the room above us started talking and stomping around about 3 a.m., possibly a work crew leaving for the site? In any case, the wall and ceiling insulation means you'd best have 80-year olds or nuns adjacent to your room. Despite this, it was one of the better Motel 6's we've stayed in.”
