“This is NOT your run of the mill circuit / body building / cross fit gym. Its better! The activities are actually challenging and intense. Group sizes stay small, the trainers are helpful during exercises and you get to learn new ways to work and tone your body. It is a bit spendy - 6 months pre paid is about 150 bucks - however that means unlimited classes. Theres usually 2 or 3 early morning, a couple days a week theres a midday class and one class every evening around 6 which is convenient. The classes run about 45 ish minutes and they are so fun. One of the best fitness experiences i have had. Im a life-long gym-rat / fitness "enthusiast", and if you want a routine that doesnt get boring - this is it. They keep their place spotless and have an innovative set up in their space. Its so fun!!”

“I’ve dealt with the physical pain and mental exhaustion from daily chronic back pain for years. I had exhausted every medical option shy of fusion surgery, including a different acupuncturist. I was planning on doing that as soon as feasible with my work schedule because my quality of life was so low. My wife talked me into giving a different acupuncturist a try and I am so glad that I did. This place has changed my life. My daily pain level has been nearly cut in half, from a 7 to a 3.5 - 4. I’ve gone in regularly to keep the pain lowered and have made emergency appointments when dealing with flare ups and I’ve experienced significant relief every time. The price is excellent and the acupuncturist (I see Forrest) is knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful providing me with various kinds of physical, lifestyle, and herbal options to try at home that supplement the treatments. I hadn’t given much of a thought to acupuncture until 6 weeks ago or so, but now I can’t imagine my life without it. I can not recommend these folks highly enough.”

They took the lead on working with insurance to insure visits were covered and were willing to work with me if insurance was not cooperative. Dr Douglas has worked hand in hand with the physical therapy office PDX Sports Med found for us and who has provided the weekly treatment for my athlete. PDX Sports Medicine has also been very supportive and accommodating with my students school schedule and my work schedule while overseeing and closely supervising my athlete's progress and care.
