A couple of days later Glenn's office was informed their quote was incorrect and the coverage would be $200+ more. Instead of accepting this, Debbie contacted the corporate office and started asking questions. Long story short, it was discovered there had been a glitch somewhere and the coverage cost was corrected to a little under the original quote. This was not a simple process for Debbie. “I have been with state farm for 10yrs (+ -). I love this place in particular, due to getting reminders. They have always treated me well, I only had different place (still state farm) when I moved to vegas for a few years. When I came back I switched back to Jeff. I get a call for my payment, I have auto pay but sometimes I don't have enough funds and it skips. They call and remind me (not very often does it happen, but I love the fact that they won't let my insurance laps). In Nevada they fine you if it happens.”
