Mark promptly came out did a thorough inspection of both appliances and did a great job of describing the issues, and based on his knowledge and explanations my husband and I were able to make a decision with complete confidence. “Great store good employees! They have a huge Adidas line which I like. Children to adults men and women. Pants, jackets, shirts whatever you need they have. They have other brands as well like Under Armour. Lots of sales lots of great prices. I bought some socks this seems to be my thing lately. I'm looking for socks for presents. Somebody can always use socks and somebody always need socks. A nice store you need to stop by and check them out and find if there's something that you need for your sports workout or something at the gym. We have shopped here for years and the store is very organized clean and tidy. The employees are very friendly and we like this store that's why it gets five stars!”

“I purchased a new tire for my new to me 2012 Sprinter due to an alignment issue from this store today. Unfortunately another customer backed into my van while the tech was pulling my van into the bay. While this is obviously a frustrating event it was out of their hands. I mostly dealt with Oliver (Senior Assistant Manager) and he was very apologetic and dealt with the situation tactfully. The tech, who unfortunately I can’t remember his name, was also extremely apologetic. I am yet to find out how corporate will deal with my repairs but as far as customer service goes for this branch I was impressed. My right rear door is bent (shifted upward) due to the other customer backing into the custom made bike rack that is mounted to that door and my van is custom painted in Toyota Army Green so it’s not such a simple fix. There is damage to the plastic bumper as well. I will update the review once the claim has been handled but the customer service of the team member should be recognized at this point. *Update: My experience with Fleet Response who handles all Discount Tire's claims was easy and efficient. I submitted a repair estimate from a local shop and my claim was quickly processed and approved. Thank you Discount Tire for taking a frustrating situation and making the best out of it. The level of customer service throughout the process was great and I'll continue to bring my vehicles here when I need tires!”

The sale's person Daniel was very helpful, let us drive it on our own, made sure we had gas, an even sent us video of the inside outside, started the car, made sure we were able to have limited questions when we drove from Roseburg 180 miles one way. We felt the deal was good, and we even got a 6 month warranty that covers everything that was wrapped up in the price.. The office space was great for kids and adults. It has a bathroom, toys for kids to play with, cold water. Our kids loved playing Coco Daniel's dog he was very easy with the kids. The over all experience was great 5 stars all around, we felt good with our purchase, and was treated with respect and no pushing what so ever.
