“Quick back story - almost 2 weeks ago, my van had a few sluggish starts. I took it to a few places to have the battery tested and all said the battery was fine. Fast forward to yesterday (a Sunday 2/5) and it won't start. It won't even turn over. After jumping the it, I went to Advance Auto in Stoughton. I walked in and explained I needed a new battery and need to have it installed. The man working was extremely helpful and kind. He showed me battery options (and didn't try to sway me to the most expensive) and replaced my battery quickly. Being a female it can be intimidating going in to get your car fixed, but it was the complete opposite experience here. I can't recommend this place enough!”

One showed me everything I was looking for, told me about the different features and recommended some cool stuff. I browsed a bit and ended up buying two items. They checked on me, made sure I left happy with my purchases, and even tested them for me while I browsed to make sure they were working. They made me feel comfortable. I appreciated that.
