“Best wood store in the area in terms of price and selection. Only downsides tiny parking area and the layout for paying only at the front. It is not efficient to get long boards on a cart, wheel around to the saw in back, wheel to the front cash register, and wheel to the back again to load up the car. All during this process you navigate wood through aisles and around people. Having a cash register in the back to ring people out with big orders or a paper tally sheet to ring up would simplify this process.”

“Strolling around the area and stopped in here for a bite to eat. Staff was great. Food was tasty. Space was clean. We got burgers and they were cooked to our perfect level of medium-well. We sat out on the patio and had a few rounds of beers. The selection is decent and the server was regularly checking in with us. The Avocado Bacon Burger was exactly what I was craving and it hit the spot. The vibe, food, and service were quite enjoyable. This place is now bookmarked on my map. If you like a chill spot to eat and just hang for a bit with some friends, this is a great place for exactly that. Only downside: it’s next to a motorcycle shop, so every once in a while you’ll hear a motorcycle start up and make some noise.”

“Taking up a martial art as an adult can be a little intimidating but Master Loya made it a positive experience with his easy-going personality and passion for what he teaches. The atmosphere of the adult group classes is a very welcoming one and Master Loya manages to accommodate well for everyone even when beginners and more advanced colour belts are mixed into the same class. From my first class in the group session, I felt like part of the family and there is a wonderful sense of community at the dojang.
