“I have lived here for years. As in around five. I've been through 2 or 3 management companies and a new owner. They have done work to revamp the property. As of now there's no pool or fitness room. They are not taking that off the rent as of now with the poo poo covid. That has everything to do with the state and or retaining cost. Other then that I have no problems with the current owners or management staff.”

“We moved my parents into the assisted living wing of Harvest Homes. And even though it’s been a big life change, they are really enjoying their new apartment and are treated with excellent care. Candy, one of the administrators. has been so helpful in working our way through the process to meet requirements needed. She has always been so kind, caring, patient, & helpful with questions. Also Rick was so helpful in getting their electronics connected and such. All the staff treat my aging parents with love, dignity, care, & respect from those at the front desk to the food servers and nurses. I cannot express how thankful I am to have my parents living where there is such excellent care. They give them the perfect mix of independence while looking out for their well being. My parents love the home cooked meals and rave about the big portions and how good it tastes! It is so helpful that they deliver their medications to their apartment so they are never forgotten and are taken consistently at the right time. They also have great activities. They love going to church on campus and walking around the beautiful garden area... makes them feel at home. My parents are now thriving in their new home. “This company did the electrical work for a ranch home remodel project for me. It was in 2011. I first got someone who was cheaper but somehow that guy was smoking while he was working (or maybe he was taking a rest when I saw him smoke), that made me nervous. So I had him and his helper finished that area and let them go. And I found Three Phases Electric… the worker who came was clean cut, focused on his job and explained to me whatever question I had and I can see that his work was neat… it has been a rental property. The portion that the cheaper contactor did had multiple problems so far. The area Three Phase did so far has NO issue. I am grateful and thus I decided to post a review for them. They deserve a big thumb up!”

There's been very little in the way of bad service, but the last waiter whom I had the fortune of meeting was impeccable. I believe his name was Michael, although he very well might have gone by Mike. What would've been an ordinary meal was a proper send-off thanks to his charm!”

Just before my band was about to leave for tour, my 6 string bass' active electronics failed and I went to him with an urgent plea for help.
