“Good sized rooms, although the hotel itself is in a crAmped little section with other business buildings and hotels. Free breakfast option although it was mostly bagels (we opted to eat out). Parking is only $10 a night. Room was a comfortable kitchen suite with a full sized fridge/freezer. Only real negative was a word out and stained bathtub. Otherwise it was a good redemption of Marriott free night certificates.”

“The OT trainers keep it upbeat and fun. The music is motivating. It makes my workout competitive and pushes me harder than I can push myself working out alone. I love all of the different exercises and how it is different every workout. My husband and I do this together which makes it even more fun. It is great because you get the benefit of having a personal trainer without having to be in a one on one situation which for me is perfect. I don't think I have ever had this good of a full body workout in my life. Seeing my heartrate and splat points on the monitor is so motivating. Already seeing and feeling results!”
