Few things in life are as frustrating as hearing loss. But you don't have to live with it anymore. We got my 94 year old grandmother a hearing aid from Sound Decision and it has changed all of our lives. For a long time I would just speak louder but as her hearing decreased it turned to screams and then after a while she had to be looking at you to read your lips. So most of the time she would feel like she was not part of the conversation. But after she got her new hearing aids that all changed. She is now part of our conversations and does not feel like we are yelling at her or that she has to turn the TV all the way up just to try and keep up with the news. So a big thank you to John and Sound Decision for helping our family enojy our time together better
My wife and I live in a retirement community and John came to our cottage because I had a hearing aid that needed to be fixed. John was not familiar with my brand of hearing aid, but instead of saying he couldn't fix it he went to several different dealers to find someone who could fix it. One of the locations where he went was about 40 minutes away. He got my aid fixed and never charged me a penny. John is fair and honorable, and I recommend him to anyone who has hearing loss.
