Excellent customer service. Purchased a used refrigerator recently and it was a great value for the price. I had looked at many stores in a 50-mile radius in and around Adams county for a used fridge that was a great value before I found them. A family member recommended them and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Also, I’ve had the fridge for about 2 months and it is working great!

B& K helped me troubleshoot my problem over the phone and had me bring my questionable parts in for testing. Five minutes with the very polite staff, and I was on my way home with the correct part in hand. The price was less than I found online for the same part, even through Amazon. I will definitely return for my next repair.
