“This weekend I decided I had to take advantage of the gorgeous weather, walk around and explore my town of New Oxford, Pa. I stumbled upon a cool looking shop right in the circle. I looked into the store front window and was immediately intrigued. Terry, the owner, was so sweet and charming. She told me that all of her products are from Pennsylvania artist. From oil painting, to blown glass bowls, pottery, and my favorite "wash your mouth out " soap. I was thrilled with all of the fantasic gift ideas, Christmas, lovely birthday presents, and being a Realtor, great house warming gifts that any of my clients would love in thier new homes. This place is definitly worth a visit to New Oxford. Come support local artists and small town businesses! I'd love to see you around my town! ”

“I would highly recommend Scott & Fine Jewelers to anyone in need of jewelry repair. When I broke my elbow, I had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger. Since my husband and I had been married over 40 years, I wanted that ring to be renewed. I took that ring and my original engagement ring to Scott's Jewelers to be melted into one new ring. We worked with Vanessa and Amanda who were so friendly and easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgable and helpful in guiding us through the process of sizing and redesigning my new wedding ring. The jewelers melted the two rings into one new ring and it turned out positively beautiful! I had a wonderful experience with Amanda and Vanessa and am very grateful to them for their help in restoring my wedding ring. “My wife and I just moved into New Oxford area and I looked for a near- by barbershop. Found Jenette's and noted the sign on the door before I entered that appointments were necessary, but walk-ins would be serviced if time allowed. I walked in and was politely told time was not available at that particular time but I could schedule an appointment for later. Janett gave me a business card and I called a few days later and left a message that I would like an appointment. I received a call less than 24 hours later ( around 9 am ) and was told I could come in at 10 am or later in the afternoon that day.... or any other future time that was available. I chose the 10am slot. I could not be more pleased with the friendly and comfortable atmosphere of the shop, the promptness of being able to get my hair cut., and the haircut itself Having the appointment meant no waiting. A real pleasant experience overall.”
