“I had a stroke about 9 years ago, and take a medication that alleviates my dizziness. When I called the pharmacy this morning regarding that prescription I was told that it wasn’t in the system. Rod Mell called my doctors office, and asked them to send another copy of the drug electronically. I didn’t think that the prescription would be ready today, but not only did he fill my prescription immediately...he dropped it off at my house on his way home. I can’t say enough about the sensitivity and compassion of the pharmacy staff at this Giant Eagle. From the care and concern that they showed me today...to the empathy and understanding that I receive from the entire staff each time I go...this is a group of men and women who go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers.
