He spent all the time I needed in explaining the various options I had based on my personal preference including sound quality. Several days later he sent me hisrecommendations for the tv, blue ray and fabulous sound bar..About a week later both Dan and Allen brought all the needed merchandise to my home, enlarged the opening for a larger screen size tv as well as adjusting the opening size for the new sonos sounbar, connecting all the components, adjustingthe various settings, and waiting until the comcast technician came with the new x1 cable box. Allen was extremely helpful in working with the technician in ensuring that all components were working properly and instructing me on how to use the new remotes. Again fabulous service from start to finish.”
