The car I initially was going to look at (at this Diehl location) ended up being sold after I was told it was available. I was very disappointed, BUT BILL Z called me before opening and let me know the vehicle had sold. He also went above and BEYOND by calling the sales manager at Diehl in Butler and he got my information to one of the sales representatives who called me BEFORE HE CLOCKED IN, had the vehicle I wanted up front and ready for me when I got there! Thank you Bill at Moon for going above and beyond for us! With your help, our family is happy with our brand new 2023 Pacifica!

Love my new Truck. Good place to do business with and Tom was a great salesman. The only thing I suggest is if your going to use your own bank like I wanted to don’t give them your ssn they tried saying I would get $1500 off on using there bank but ran my credit through 6 banks and ultimately ended up using my Credit Union like I told them in the beginning. Other than that my experience was fantastic.
