I’m not sure about that negative review however, I’ve gone to this shop anywhere from 1 to 3 times a week through several owners including the current owner for almost 15 years and have always had a good experience here, 100% of the time. Everyone speaks English and no one pretends they don’t, that’s an absurd lie. Great store, go see!
