“I went to the Bed Bath and Beyond store on McKnight Rd today. I thought the store was open,but it was not. There was a lady in the parking lot picking up an online order. The employee from the store asked me if I knew what I wanted and I said yes,but, I didnt order online. She said if you tell me I will go get it. She said I would have to pay by credit card and did I have a coupon. She went and got the 2 products I wanted ,then went in the store and checked me out. I asked what her name was because I wanted to give her a shout out for excellent customer service. Her name was Rachel, the store manager. Thanks so much.!!!!!”

“Great customer service from the minute we walked in. Our sales rep Alexa was very helpful, polite, and checked in on us from time to time as we browsed. Looked up a type of chair I wanted in a certain color, answered all our questions with a smile. We were comfortable, welcomed, not rushed in the least (even with a grumpy baby), and prices were reasonable. We finally decided on the one we all almost fell asleep on. ????
